Evan is Four Years Old!!

Evan is now four years old! The event was celebrated at the local CTA high flyer's gym. The kids got to jump in the foam pit, place in the dark with a lighted disco ball, and jump on the tumble track. This was Evan's first real birthday party and he had a blast. Happy birthday, Evan!!

Evan says he wants a white tow truck. Do they even make them that color? Rylie is enjoying watching Evan. We toured this home with all the lights. This family does this every year and even gives each child a toy after their visit with Santa. It's become a tradition to visit here right before Christmas.

We Will Miss Our Minnie!!

 

Minnie was a rescued Boston Terrior that belonged to Steve and Kristina. She had the most loving personality and loved to climb into the chair whenever Steve sat down. She had many health problems and passed away Friday, November 12, 2010. Her last years were full of love and we will miss her terribly. She often wore her blue sweater that was knit especially for Minnie to keep her warm. She wore her sweater for two seasons and seemed to love it. Goodbye dear Minnie! We will miss you!

Kids Day in Morgantown!

 
 
 Really hot but so many things to do and have fun. From the jumping house to the arts and crafts with plenty of free cold water for everyone everyone of all ages had fun on the downtown streets of Morgantown, WV. The kids loved their "green" hair and met up with a lot of their friends. The only thing they didn't get to was the water flowing from the fire truck. They opted for the wading pools instead. Given to him by the residents at WVU Emergency School of Medicine in appreciation for all he does to help in research. Steve is the Director of Clinical Research at WVU and is published many times over with numerous research articles. His wife Kristina is a third year medical student and appreciates him for being a great husband.

Pittsburgh Half Marathon for Brad and Stacy

Soaked from the rain but completed their first Half Marathon in Pittsburgh, PA. Great job guys! Kids spent the weekend with Mamaw and Papaw. Fun was had by all.

Easter 2010 Annual Egg Hunt

Easter's Annual Egg Hunt at Mamaw's and Papaw's was loads of fun as usual. This year the eggs contained animals, money and of course candy. The final prize was an Easter Basket with lots of toys. Kristina and Steve kindly hid all 54 eggs and made sure the kids found them all. Easter Lily's and Chocolate was given the the "older" kids (Stacy, Brad, Kristina and Steve), and fun was had by all! We are so blessed to have our family and blessed to have such a beautiful day to celebrate the rising of our Lord!

We are gathered in Parkersburg at the Olive Garden celebrating Bill's Birthday. He was excited because Rylie had just won the State Meet and very surprised to get a hat placed on his head and having Happy Birthday to Rylie's Papaw sung to him.
